January 7, 2013 — OSSTF/FEESO President Ken Coran has been active in the media after Education Minister Laurel Broten announced on January 3, 2013 that she would use Bill 115, The Putting Students First Act, to impose collective agreements on OSSTF/FEESO members and to ban our right to strike through to August 2014.
