TORONTO – April 1, 2021 — The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) virtual press conference, scheduled for April 1, 2021, has been postponed to the week of April 5, 2021. A new date and time will be communicated next week.

ETFO President Sam Hammond will be joined at the press conference by presidents of Ontario unions representing education workers, and other education stakeholders, including several parent advocacy groups, to share concerns about the Ford government’s plan to make virtual (remote) learning permanent.
