
COVID-19 Pandemic Operational Impact
With staff working from home during the pandemic, our operational throughput is reduced and the manner in which you connect to staff members will be limited to email ONLY (we will not be processing letter mail and do not have the ability to receive phone calls till normal office operations resume). When contacting the team, please ensure you properly identify yourself to the team (see the Need to Contact the Membership Database Team? section below) and include sufficient details to identify your issue. Emails are being addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Need to Contact the Membership Database Team?
In order to deal with your requests quickly and efficiently, we will need to properly identify you within our database so please include the following details in your email (or have them handy when calling):
- Membership ID (if known)
- Home address
- Home phone #
- The last 3 digits of your SIN #
- A non-employer email address
- Date of Birth (optional)
- Work location (if available)
Account Registration
Only new members as of November 1, 2015 need to register for an account. Membership account pre-dating this were automatically created. Please contact the membership database team if you need assistance accessing your account.

How to use this site
Register for an account by clicking on the “Register now” link above (you will need to provide your first and last name, working email address and choose a strong password). Once registered, activate the account by clicking on the link provided in the verification email sent to the address you provided on sign-up. Your account will now be active. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields and click the Log In button. Note: Some services are provided to Active members in good standing only and further verification may be required to access these services.
OSSTF/FEESO Membership ID
Your OSSTF/FEESO Membership ID can be found on your OSSTF/FEESO Membership Card and contains digits only.
