This annotated bibliography of resources is part one of Still Not Laughing: Challenging Harassment in Our School, the Federation’s re-examination of this serious issue. The project follows our previous document, The Joke is Over, which was published in 1995. A companion document listing legislation and providing a framework for developing strategies will follow.
