In December 2026, we launched a brand-new Digital Membership Card that will allow you to tap, download, and go!
This upgrade means:
- Instant Access: Add your digital card to your Apple or Google digital wallet and have it with you anytime, anywhere.
- IMPORTANT: All members will require their Membership ID# to access the voting centre for online, central, strike vote and ratification meetings.
- Always Up-to-Date Information: Your card updates automatically, ensuring your membership details are always current.
- More Efficient: Quicker service for members while reducing administrative and printing costs.
- Eco-Friendly: Moving away from plastic cards supports our shared commitment to sustainability.
Note: If you prefer a hard copy, you will still be able to print your own membership card directly from your account.
How to request your Digital Membership Card:
- Log in to your OSSTF/FEESO account through the secure member site.
- Select My Profile.
- Select Request Digital Membership Card.
- Confirm or Update the email address where you would like the Digital Membership Card sent. A non-employer email address is preferred.
- Select Proceed.
- When processing is complete, select Close.
- Check your email for your Digital Membership Card package.
- Follow the instructions to add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. You can also save and print the included PDF.
Please note:
- Digital membership cards cannot be accessed on iPads.
- Digital cards refresh automatically, while PDF cards show expiry dates and must be kept up-to-date manually.
- If you don’t see your Google Wallet, don’t worry! Install the app from the Play Store and try again. Some older devices or regions may not support a digital google wallet.
If your request is unsuccessful, record the error code displayed on the screen.
