Sherry-Ann Bowen-Gordon
Executive Officer

Sherry-Ann Bowen-Gordon is a Speech-Language Pathologist from the York Catholic District School Board and an Executive Officer with Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF/FEESO). Sherry-Ann was born in Barbados and received her Master of Science in Education from California University of Pennsylvania (USA), while on a full volleyball scholarship.

Sherry-Ann joined OSSTF/FEESO in Owen Sound, before moving to York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) in 2004. She was instrumental in unionizing the YCDSB PSSP group and has been elected as President for the bargaining unit for the last six years. She has participated in various provincial committees and work groups including the Protective Services Committee, Nominations Committee, OMERS Advisory Work Group, Equity Ad Hoc Work Group, Central Advisory Work Group, and PSSP Sector Caucus. Sherry-Ann is proud to be an advocate for all members navigating barriers to fair working conditions, labour rights, and representation. She looks forward to working with the Provincial Executive team in her new role as Executive Officer.
