Eligible Themes for the 2022 – 2023 Academic Year:

  • Recruitment and Retention of Workers in Education: OSSTF/FEESO is interested in research around issues about, and solutions to, attracting new workers in education, and the retention of employees in education, from Ontario, as well as national and international contexts or perspectives. Research on the recruitment and retention of workers from equity seeking groups is of particular interest.
