OSSTF/FEESO's Union Leadership Academy offers high-level training and workshops that provide leaders with strategies to build capacity and enhance their practice on an everyday basis. Workshops and keynote speeches focus on enhancing leadership abilities and tackle current topics in education, law, politics, and equity.
Union Leadership Academy 2026 will run from August 19 to 21. New Presidents will be invited to attend additional training beginning on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 18. Workshops will include targeted sessions for new presidents, bargaining unit presidents, and chief negotiators, with a strong emphasis on bargaining and strike-related content for all participants.
