OSSTF/FEESO's provincial office employs approximately 110 people in a variety of positions offering service to members in protective services, educational services and communications/political action. From time to time positions with the Provincial Office are also posted on this site.

    The Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation is seeking the services of one individual to serve as Community Organizer in the Communications and Political Action Department, Professional Services Division. Reporting directly to the Director, Communications/Political Action, the Community Organizer is responsible for engaging and maintaining relationships with community and labour organizations at the provincial level and beyond and supporting local districts and bargaining units as they engage with organizations and groups within their communities.
